Booking For 2010 & Beyond
Often times both Colorado and New Mexico change their long range
hunt schedules. So I can’t guarantee a particular week that is two
years away, in every situation. Still we book hunts for those
clients who are long range planners. I require a $1,000.00 deposit
toward the price of the hunt to reserve tentative hunt dates that
are two or more seasons away. Call me to book yours! Thanks.
Booking Terms
A 50% deposit is required to book a hunt. An additional 30% is due
120 days prior to the hunt. The balance is due prior to or upon
arrival of the hunt with cash, cashiers check, or money order. No
personal checks will be accepted on the last payment unless received
30 days before hunt.
Cancellation Policy
It is our desire to fully book every hunt. If you have to cancel, we
will do everything possible to fill your hunt with another client.
If this is accomplished your deposit will be refunded less a 10%
handling fee. If the hunt is not filled, your deposit will be
forfeited unless prior arrangements have been agreed to by both
parties in writing. PRICES QUOTED DO NOT INCLUDE LICENSE (game tag)
PURCHASE OR GROSS RECEIPT TAX (6.1%). Also draw hunts cannot be
cancelled or transferred after the deadline for applying for the
target species has passed.

All New Mexico Unit 4 Elk license will be private landowner tags (no
drawings). I’ll send you a private land authorization in early
August. All Mule Deer license are done by draw (Archery, Rifle, and
Muzzleloader) 100% in 2009. Bear License must be purchased 2 days
prior to hunting, so we will apply by mail, with your elk license.
All Colorado Rifle Elk licenses in Unit 78 are over the counter
except the first and last Rifle Elk Hunts. All Deer hunts, are on a
limited entry draw. Everyone should draw deer, but you must apply by
April 1. All of our first Colorado Rifle elk hunters drew, in 2008.
I’ll get you an appropriate application to apply in due time
(mid-March). Archery Elk license are over the counter. All deer
licenses are by draw with 100% success.
