BOOKING TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to book a hunt. An additional 30% is due 120 days
prior to the hunt. The balance is due prior to or upon arrival of the hunt
with cash, cashier's check, or money order. No personal checks on the last payment will be accepted unless received 30 days before

It is our desire to book full every hunt. If you have to cancel, we will
do everything possible to fill your hunt with another client. If this
is accomplished, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% handling fee.
If the hunt is not filled, your deposit will be forfeited unless other prior arrangements
have been agreed to by both parties in writing. PRICES QUOTED
DO NOT INCLUDE LICENSE (game tag) PURCHASE OR TAX. Also, draw hunts cannot
be cancelled or transferred after the deadline for applying for the target species
has passed.

All N.M. Unit 4 Elk licenses will be private landowner tags (no drawings). I'll send you a private land
authorization in early August. All Mule Deer licenses are done by draw (Archery,
Rifle, and Muzzleloader) 100% draw success in 2005. Bear Licenses must be purchased
2 days prior to hunting.
All Colorado Elk and Bear licenses in Unit 78 are over the counter except the first Rifle Elk hunt. All Deer hunts are on
a limited entry draw. Everyone will draw deer, but you must apply by April
1 2006. All of our first Colorado Rifle elk hunters also drew in 2005.
I'll get you an appropriate application to apply in due time (mid-March).
